Shipping and Returns Policy
All returns or refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
CUSTOM WORK IS FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Returns will not be made due to variations of wood items such as natural imperfections or markings. Returns will not be made on customized items as they are made specifically for you, unless an error has occurred in spellings on our end. Please be sure to double check spellings and other details given to us to make your items for you. No two items are ever alike due to the hand painted nature of the items. Colors may differ from what is seen on a computer screen and the physical item you receive.
No returns or refunds will be made on any digital downloads as you have instant access to the material via email immediately upon purchase.
Cancellations for orders must be made within 48 hours of purchase of all physically shipped items.
Please note: Processing time is separate from actual shipping time. The time it takes for all hand painted custom and personalized work may take 10-14 business days before the item is ready to ship out. Please allow up to 30 days for receipt of items based on processing and shipping times. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email stating so. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be emailed to you once an item is shipped.
All items will be packaged and shipped via USPS. Many items have a FLAT RATE shipping fee which will be included within each listing. Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on size, weight and destination. These FEES are not set by Lolly Doodle Studios. UPSP has recently added FEES up to $15 above the standard shipping rates for oversized packages. Again, we have no control over the costs set forth by USPS
We are not responsible and have NO control over an item once shipped. We have no control and are not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. Claims for damages must be filed with USPS directly. Claims for lost or damaged during transit items must be filed within 48 hours of receipt of your package. When deemed appropriate, items will be exchanged and or replace. Shipping will be charged for exchanges as a result of damage, defective product or receiving an incorrect item
We will ship to ONE address per order. Your item will be shipped to the address listed on the order form. Please make sure your address is correct and current.
Recurring Membership Group: You may cancel at any time. Refunds will not be issued for any reason as once in the group you have immediate access to tutorials, patterns, and bonus material.
Cancellation requests MUST be made 48 hours prior to the date of your next monthly billing cycle or you will be charged for the next monthly cycle. Your payment will end, but you will continue to have access to the group and material until the end of the current month you have purchased.
